Is There a Donner Music Promo Code?
Yes, but it depends on the product. In October 2026, Donner showed codes directly on several product pages: EA12 for 12% off on the DEP-20 digital piano, the VIVA Stringless Smart Guitar and the DED-200 MAX drum set, and EA10 for 10% off on the HUSH X electric guitar. A sitewide 15% code ran from October 16 to October 18 and has now ended, so we won't list it as active.
Two rules from Donner's discount FAQ: copy the code from the product page and apply it at checkout, and only one code can be used per order. If a code doesn't work, it may have expired or may not apply to that item. The current offer will always be on our Donner Music deals page.
Deal 1: Product-Page Codes
| Product | Sale price | Code shown |
|---|---|---|
| DEP-20 Portable Weighted Digital Piano | $399.99 (was $514.99) | EA12 (12% off) |
| VIVA Stringless Smart Guitar | $359.99 (was $399.99) | EA12 (12% off) |
| DED-200 MAX Electronic Drum Set | $529.99 (was $685.99) | EA12 (12% off) |
| HUSH X Electric Guitar | From $305.99 (was $439.99) | EA10 (10% off) |
Codes were shown on these pages when we checked and can change without notice. Look for the code near the price on the product you want.
Deal 2: Fall Sale and Price Cuts
Donner's sale page listed plenty of markdowns, including:
- DDP-200PRO Digital Piano with Touchscreen: from $799.99 (was $999.99)
- DED-100 Beginner Electronic Drum Set: $359.99 (was $505.99)
- HUSH I EVO2 Travel Guitar: from $249.99 (was $359.99)
- DEP-1S Beginner Digital Piano Kit: from $205.99 (was $299.99)
- DMK-25 PRO MIDI Keyboard: $99.99 (was $165.99)
Deal 3: Free Shipping, No Minimum Stated
Donner's shipping policy says shipping is free on all U.S. warehouse products, and the site banner reads "Free Shipping & Tax." That matters for a 58 lb piano or a boxed drum kit. Delivery covers the contiguous U.S. (no Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes or military addresses).
Deal 4: Open-Box Guitars and Rewards
The store lists open-box HUSH guitars below the price of new units, for example an open-box HUSH X from $249.99. The site banner also offered 600 points for signing up and subscribing, and Donner runs Rewards and Referral programs. If you plan to add a bench, stand or pedal later, joining first makes sense.

Donner Music Coupon FAQ
Can I combine two Donner discount codes?
No. Donner's discount FAQ says codes can't be combined and only one code applies per order.
Why isn't my Donner code working?
Donner lists the usual reasons: the code has expired, it wasn't entered correctly, it doesn't apply to that item, or it didn't come from Donner's official website.
Does Donner charge for shipping?
Shipping is free on U.S. warehouse products. Orders usually take about 24 hours to prepare and 3–5 business days in transit.
What if I change my mind?
You have 30 days to return unused items in their original packaging. Contact Donner first for a return address. Return shipping is on you unless the item has a quality issue.
The Bottom Line
The smartest Donner order pairs a sale price with the code shown on that product's page, plus free U.S. shipping. Want to go further? Look at open-box guitars or grab the 600 sign-up points before you buy. Check our Donner Music deals page for the latest offer.
