Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

What King Review collects, why we collect it, and the controls you have over your information.

1. What we collect

  • Usage analytics: pages viewed, links clicked, anonymised IP address, browser type.
  • Messages you send us: your email address and whatever you write, if you contact us.
  • Cookies: see our Cookie Policy.

2. Why we collect it

We use this data to keep the site running, understand which reviews readers find useful, and detect abuse. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not need an account from you to read anything here.

3. Affiliate-link tracking

When you click a link to a retailer, a referral identifier travels with the click so the retailer knows it came from King Review. From that point the retailer's own privacy policy governs what happens — we never see your payment details or what you ultimately buy. See our affiliate disclosure for how that funds the testing.

4. Data retention

Click and traffic logs are kept for up to 90 days, then aggregated with the raw IP address dropped. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer them.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email privacy@king-review.com and we respond within 30 days.

6. California residents (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights over their personal information, including the right to know what is collected and to request deletion. Use the same address above and say you are making a CCPA request.

7. Children

King Review is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes are announced at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date.
